Our new Flexicores offer a space efficient and economical method to release mold undercuts. The Flexicore springs away from the molded detail as the ejector plates move forward. A bronze guide prevents twisting and provides wear resisting support, while the included heel plate secures the unit without rigidly affixing it to the ejector plate.
Thanks to accurate manufacturing our Black and Gold Interlocks no longer need to be changed as a complete set, but can be ordered separately. The tightest tolerance on the market and an unbeatable wear resistance give these new locating devices a clear advantage compared to other commonly known interlocks on the market.
